Diamond wire saw are mainly used for all kinds of quarry. And 80 - 90% of quarry use diamond wire saw for exploitation in the world, for example, Italia, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Brazil, South Africa, India, Iran and so on. The traditional flame cutting and dynamite working have been replaced by diamond wire saw already. The invention of diamond wire saw result in technology revolution deeply because it eliminate the conventional shortcomings.

※There are three kinds of diamond wire saw based on the different technology for your selection.
⑴ Sintered diamond wire saw.
Metal bonded diamond Bead
- Copper body
Advantage: Suitable for cutting soft and middle material. Cutting speed is fast in a certain extentDisadvantage: Body is a little soft. Only be good at cutting soft material
- Cobalt body
Advantage: Suitable for all kinds of material. Have good performance when for cutting hard material. Diamond was held on the body firmly. Longer life and sharper than othersDisadvantage: High cost. Not suitable for cutting soft material.
⑵ Electro plated diamond wire saw.
Advantage: Suitable for cutting soft material. Cutting speed is high Disadvantage: There is only one layer diamond on the surface of the beads. And the hold strength is not good. The life is a little short
⑶ Vacuum brazed diamond wire saw.
Advantage: Diamond was brazed on the surface of the beads shapely. And the hold strength is good. The life is better than electroplated wire saw. Cutting speed is high Disadvantage: Suitable for cutting soft material. Although it is more durable than electro plated wire saw, it is lower than sintered ones.
