SYNDENT Annular Cutters are offered as "standard" in 1" and 2" depths of cut, and can be "special ordered" in 3" and 4" depths of cut. The standard diameter range is 7/16" to 2", and larger diameters may be "special ordered".
The success of our annular cutters is proven in their daily use in many kinds of application throughout the world. By removing only the metal at the periphery of the hole and ejecting a solid slug at the end of the cut, less material is converted into "chips" requiring much less power than conventional twist magnetic drill. The unique geometry of SYNDENT cutters also help to achieve faster feed, lower cutting resistance, greater accuracy, longer tool life and a better finish. |
